Founder
Founded by Col Kaushik Sircar, the Managing Director of the Company, was a retired officer of the Army who has had a stint with IPKF Srilanka for two years, had taken part in OP RAKSHAK (PUNJAB & J&K), OP VIJAY (Tangdhar) and had been a counter Hijack expert with the elite National Security Guards, The Black Cat Commando.
He had also been the Personal Security Officer to His Excellency Governor J & K from 1995 to 1998.
He received the Certificate of Appreciation from His Excellency for exemplary conduct and Commendation Medal from the then Army Chief General JJ Singh for dedication to duty and exemplary conduct. An MBA from Symbiosis and MSc from Madras University on Defence and Strategic Analysis, he has authored close to 10 books on Motivations, Defence studies and Logistics.
Post his retirement he served with the Tata Group, Axis Bank and British Petroleum before opening a Sircar Security at Kolkata and a small time Publishing House.
